Meet our Team of trainers

Crystal Howard is a former McDonald’s All-American nominee, Gatorade Player of the Year, and SEC Division I athlete. NASM Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach and USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach.

Her basketball journey has given her firsthand experience with the commitment, preparation, discipline, and work required to continually develop as an athlete. She has a deep passion for player development, basketball fundamentals, basketball IQ, conditioning, and the team aspects of the game. 

More importantly, Crystal has a genuine love for the youth  and believes sports can be a powerful vehicle for teaching lessons that extend far beyond their playing days. As a mother herself, she understands the responsibility and privilege of helping young people feel supported, encouraged, challenged, and believed in. She wants athletes to learn how to communicate, compete, work together, overcome challenges, and take ownership of their development.

Crystal takes the time to understand each athlete’s learning style, build their confidence, and create an environment where they feel safe to try, fail, learn, and try again. She believes youth basketball should develop the whole athlete—not just individual skills, but also basketball IQ, teamwork, discipline, confidence, accountability, and character.

Her goal is simple: help young athletes become better basketball players by helping them become confident, skilled, disciplined, and well-rounded young leaders of tomorrow.
